Listing Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Purpose

This Listing Policy sets out rules and expectations for properties, hosts, and brands that appear in StayVisible Network directories and related placements. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and any commercial agreement you may have with us.

2. Accuracy and honesty

Listings must:

  • Describe a real property or business you are authorised to represent.
  • Use accurate names, locations, contact details, and imagery that fairly represent the stay.
  • Not mislead travellers about amenities, pricing direction, availability, or booking methods.

3. Prohibited content

Listings must not include or promote:

  • Illegal activity, discrimination, harassment, or hate speech.
  • Adult services framed as accommodation in breach of law or platform rules.
  • Malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
  • Infringement of intellectual property or misuse of third-party trademarks.

4. Photos and media

Images should be your own or used with permission. Do not use stock or competitor photos in a way that misrepresents the property. We may remove or request replacement media that does not meet these standards.

5. Reviews and reputation

Where reviews or ratings are shown, they should reflect genuine guest experiences. Fake reviews, incentives tied only to positive reviews, or coordinated manipulation may result in removal or account action.

6. Enforcement

We may edit, downgrade, suspend, or remove listings that breach this policy or create risk for travellers or the platform. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination of participation in our network.
