By accessing or using the StayVisible Network websites, directories, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. The Services
We provide an umbrella travel-brand platform that may include directory listings, destination content, marketing information, and enquiry channels. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information where you submit details to us.
- Not misuse the Services (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping in breach of our rules, or distributing malware).
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights when using the Services.
4. Listings and third-party properties
Directory content may describe accommodation or travel businesses operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party supplied information, availability, pricing, or booking outcomes. Transactions and stays are between travellers and property operators unless we explicitly state otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, text, graphics, and layout are owned by StayVisible Network or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or exploit our materials beyond what is necessary for normal personal use of the Services without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not mandatory under applicable consumer law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StayVisible Network and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify these terms or discontinue parts of the Services. We will post updates here where appropriate. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
